WHY ARE DREAMS SO IMPORTANT?
Dream On is a reality show which is based on the simple concept of making anyone’s dream come true. In a culture obsessed with materialistic gratification, money making and the pursuit of success, we often overlook the important role of dreaming. Dreaming awakens us to new possibilities by allowing us to transcend our ordinary experiences and limitations. Dreaming propels a person from apathy to possibility, and transforms the way we perceive our own capabilities.
'When we dream alone, it's just a dream and when we dream together, it's reality' - John Lennon
With Dream On, what we hope to do is inspire others. Each episode will center around an inspiring individual and their life story, and some of the struggles they've faced along the way. The protagonist is then met by our two hosts and taken on a journey where Dream On will make one of their long time dreams come true. Through the stories of these personalities, we also hope to explore various social issues and raise awareness about them. Ultimately what we hope to show others is how it is important to dream and if one perseveres, dreams do come true.
